Familiarity with low rate manufacturing environments and new product introduction.

Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices and principles.

Experience with root cause analysis techniques such as Fishbone, Fault Tree, and DMAIC.

Experience with optical system performance metrology, SAP, ERP, NX Siemens, Aerospace, and optical manufacturing.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Another 40% will be spent on self-directed work off the production floor to develop test and teardown plans, document observations from forensic investigations, and develop standard rework plans. The remaining 20% will be dedicated to meetings such as root cause review meetings and daily stand-ups.
