Volunteers

play a vital role in supporting various departments and initiatives, contributing to the vibrant campus community. Volunteers assist with events, programs, and administrative tasks, helping to enhance the overall experience for students, faculty, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities

Support the planning and execution of university events, including setting up venues, registering attendees, and providing information and guidance. Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing materials for meetings and presentations. Provide tours for prospective students and visitors, sharing knowledge about the university's history, programs, and facilities. Participate in community outreach programs, representing the university and fostering positive relationships with local organizations. Offer tutoring or mentoring services to students, helping them with coursework and study strategies. Assist with safety drills, distribute wellness resources, and promote health and safety initiatives on campus. Contribute to specific projects as needed, such as research assistance, sustainability initiatives, or technology support. Perform other volunteer duties as assigned by the supervisor. Education

Previous volunteer experience is a plus but not required. Must be able to lift 10 pounds.
