We are seeking reliable, responsible, energetic, and motivated team players to join our Team. We are looking to fill positions on the day shift (6:30 am to 3:00 pm). Our ideal candidate will have years of assembly experience; however, our company is willing to train candidates who exhibit a superior work ethic and a willingness to learn.
This position starts at $16.00 to $17.00 per hr., and the benefits offered include health insurance, a company-matched 401(k) plan (employer match up to 4%), paid vacation/personal time off, and paid holidays.
Our medical device assembly and packaging associates are responsible for part assembly, visual inspection, trimming, some secondary operations, and packaging of assembled components.
As a medical device assembly and packaging associate with Excel Medical Products, you must have a high level of attention to detail as well as an unwavering commitment to following work procedures and safety policies.
Essential Duties Include:
Performing assembly and packaging of plastic components
Trimming and sorting of parts in a cleanroom environment
Performing visual inspections per part specifications
Following work instructions, cleaning, and safety procedures
Legibly completing documentation of production counts and inspection information
Qualifications:
One (1) or more years of manufacturing/assembly experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with good communication skills
Good work performance and attendance history
Availability to work overtime if necessary, based on production needs
High school diploma or GED
Reliable transportation
