Junior Estimator – Entry Level Opportunity
Northampton, Northamptonshire | Full-time | Permanent
Looking to kick-start your career in construction or estimating? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team where full training will be provided.
You’ll be part of a specialist estimating team, working with architectural drawings and project information to calculate the right materials and quantities for domestic building projects. Your work will help ensure customers have accurate, reliable quotations and orders to bring their projects to life.
What you’ll be doing
Working with architectural drawings and data for residential projects
Learning how to calculate material requirements using bespoke systems
Collaborating with colleagues across the UK to support customer projects
Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in every estimate

We don’t expect you to have worked in estimating before – we’re more interested in your potential. If you have:
Strong numerical and problem-solving skills
Great attention to detail
The ability to stay organised in a fast-paced environment
A willingness to learn and grow
