Staffmark is hiring a Maintenance Technician in North Las Vegas, NV! Keep equipment running smoothly, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, and support warehouse operations.
Pay: $18.75-$24/hr | Schedule: Sun-Wed, 6:30 AM-5 PM
Responsibilities:
Perform routine and preventative maintenance on conveyors, sortation systems, and automated equipment Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical issues (photo-eye sensors, motors, belts, rollers, dock doors, etc.) Utilize CMMS to track, create, and close work orders; manage spare parts inventory Read and interpret schematics for motor control circuits Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment Conduct safety inspections and maintain compliance with Lockout/Tagout and OSHA standards Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow Maintain cleanliness and organization of facilities Qualifications:
2+ years industrial maintenance experience (distribution/fulfillment center preferred) Knowledge of MHE safety standards and control systems (PLCs, VFDs, HMIs) 2+ years troubleshooting electrical systems up to 480V Technical certification or associate degree preferred Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities Experience operating PIT equipment (including scissor lifts) Physical ability to stand/walk 8-12 hours, lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces
