Travel Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nurse We are seeking a highly competent and compassionate ICU Nurse to provide advanced, patient-centered care to critically ill individuals in a high-acuity setting. This role demands strong clinical expertise, critical thinking, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure as part of a multidisciplinary care team. Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive care to critically ill patients, including continuous assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of treatment plans Monitor and interpret vital signs, laboratory results, and diagnostic tests to identify changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions Administer and manage complex medications, intravenous therapies, and life-support equipment such as ventilators and CRRT Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate and optimize patient care Provide clear and compassionate communication to patients and families regarding treatment plans and prognosis Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with institutional policies and regulatory requirements Uphold safety, infection control, and quality standards within the unit Qualifications: Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required CCRN certification preferred or willingness to obtain Minimum of 2 years of recent critical care experience in an ICU or similar high-acuity environment Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K offered.
