Job Description Salary: $75,000 - $125,000 based on skills and experience We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own the systems, processes, and analytics that power our go-to-market engine. This role will ensure our marketing team runs efficiently, campaigns are tracked and optimized, and data flows seamlessly between marketing and sales to drive predictable growth.

Key Responsibilities: Systems & Process Management Own the marketing tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, etc.), ensuring integrations are accurate and optimized. Develop and maintain campaign, lead, and account scoring models to prioritize sales-ready opportunities. Ensure data hygiene and governance for leads, contacts, and accounts across CRM. Operationalize campaign workflows, from ABM plays to webinar follow-up, ensuring repeatability and scalability. Reporting & Analytics Build and maintain dashboards and reports for pipeline attribution, campaign performance, and ROI. Partner with Sales Ops to deliver end-to-end funnel visibility (leads opportunities closed-won). Monitor KPIs such as MQL SQL conversion, pipeline coverage, CAC payback, and campaign ROI. Deliver insights that guide investment decisions in channels, campaigns, and events. Collaboration & Enablement Partner with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Sales on campaign planning and execution. Support ABM programs with account targeting, list segmentation, and engagement reporting. Train the marketing team on systems, dashboards, and best practices. Provide feedback loops to continuously improve campaign execution and sales/marketing alignment.

Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or related field (B2B SaaS preferred). Strong expertise with HubSpot and Salesforce CRM. Hands-on experience with campaign attribution models and pipeline reporting. Analytical mindset with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; BI tool experience a plus (Tableau, PowerBI). Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
