Job Description Design Tailored Treatment Approaches: Assess patients' requirements and create personalized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional aspirations Implement Therapeutic Practices: Apply evidence-based interventions to improve patients' motor functions, cognitive abilities, and daily living activities Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work closely with a team of OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide complete, well-rounded care Guide Patients and Caregivers: Provide education and support to patients and their families about therapy techniques that promote progress at home Monitor and Record Progress: Keep track of clinical outcomes and adjust treatment protocols as needed, ensuring that patients remain on their recovery journey Education
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution Encouragement and support for ongoing education or post-graduate certifications Certifications
Valid
Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)
license NBCOT
(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required Skills
