Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Location: Green Bay, WI Department: Human Resources Reports To: Human Resources Manager
Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruitment efforts. This role is responsible for reviewing incoming resumes, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for creating a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit and interest.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Collaborate with HR and department leads to understand hiring needs and timelines.
Assist with job postings and sourcing efforts as needed.
Ensure a smooth and efficient interview process for both candidates and internal teams.
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and calendar management tools.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
