The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support recruiting efforts by managing candidate communications, coordinating hiring activities, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process. This role partners closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and serves as a key resource in delivering an exceptional candidate and new hire experience.
Responsibilities Coordinate job postings, career fairs, and university relations initiatives Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) databases Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and schedule candidate interviews Draft offer letters and facilitate pre-employment processes including background checks Support onboarding activities such as new hire paperwork, orientation scheduling, and workforce system setup Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information Track recruiter contracts and related reporting Provide general recruiting and administrative support as needed Qualifications and Skills
2-4 years of recruiting or HR support experience Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn) Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality
Salary
$65,000-$70,000
