RF Engineer , where you will contribute to the design, planning, and optimization of advanced LTE and 5G networks. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge telecommunication projects in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

RF Engineer Responsibilities Design and plan Radio Frequency (RF) networks for LTE and 5G, including RF analysis, search area issuance, candidate assessment, and site approvals. Redesign mature network zones to relieve capacity issues and improve SINR, coordinating with cross-functional teams to implement performance improvements. Ensure regulatory compliance by leveraging internal tools such as FUZE and ATOLL. Perform macro, small cell, and in-building design, including antenna selection and placement based on RF principles and telecommunication standards. Integrate new cell sites into the network, optimizing them for performance and stability. RF Engineer Qualifications Must-Have Skills:

2-3+ years of experience in telecommunications with a focus on RF design. Proficiency with Atoll and FUZE tools, including RF design and CIQ processing. Ability to work independently and make informed network design decisions across multiple projects. Desired Skills:

Strong understanding of RF, antenna systems, frequency licensing, and technologies such as LTE, VoLTE, 5G, and VoNR. Education/Certifications:

Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred. RF-related certifications are a plus.
