RF Design Engineer
to join our team and support RF network planning, design, and optimization for next-generation connectivity solutions.
RF Design Engineer Responsibilities Design and plan Radio Frequency (RF) networks for LTE and 5G, including RF analysis, search area issuance, and candidate evaluations. Redesign mature network areas to reduce capacity issues and enhance Signal-to-Interference-plus-Noise Ratio (SINR). Collaborate cross-functionally to implement network performance improvements. Use internal tools such as
FUZE
and
ATOLL
for regulatory compliance processing. Perform Macro/Small Cell and In-Building RF design, including antenna selection and optimal placement. Integrate and optimize new cell sites for high-performance operation. RF Design Engineer Qualifications
3-5 years of hands-on experience in RF design for telecommunication projects. Strong proficiency with
Atoll
and
Fuze
(e.g., RF Design, CIQs). Ability to work independently across multiple projects and make data-driven design decisions. Preferred Qualifications
Solid understanding of RF fundamentals, antenna theory, and frequency license protocols. Familiarity with LTE, VoLTE, 5G, and VoNR technologies. Relevant
RF certifications or degrees
are a plus.
