Job Description
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult renal and medical-surgical patients. Manage patients with acute kidney injury, chronic kidney disease, and post-dialysis needs. Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry. Collaborate with nephrologists and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Float as needed within scope to similar Med-Surg units, including Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, Cardiac, Observation, and ED boarders.
Critical Information
Shift: 36 hrs/week | 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM | Every other weekend required. Contract Type: Travel/Temporary.
Education/Licenses Needed
Active Ohio RN license (required at submission). Current BLS certification. Minimum 3 years of recent Med-Surg and Telemetry experience (renal experience strongly preferred). Epic EMR proficiency (mandatory, no training provided).
