Job Description
Develop and execute production schedules to meet demand and optimize efficiency Lead and coach production teams to meet quality, safety, and output goals Drive continuous improvement initiatives and reduce operational waste Ensure compliance with SQF and food safety protocols Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, logistics, and procurement Support month-end inventory counts and reporting Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production environment Document and refine training materials and SOPs Resolve operational challenges and escalate issues as needed MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
5+ years in food manufacturing, with 3+ years in a supervisory or management role Strong leadership and team-building skills Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred SQF experience and commitment to food safety Mechanically inclined and comfortable in a hands-on role Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning tools What's on Offer
