Job Description
Manage and supervise production activities to ensure processes meet quality and efficiency standards. Collaborate with the engineering team to implement process improvements and troubleshoot production challenges. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to prevent shortages or overstock. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all production operations. Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines. Train and mentor production staff to enhance team performance and skills. Prepare reports on production metrics, performance, and areas for improvement. Work closely with the leadership team to align production goals with overall company objectives. A successful Production Manager should have:
A strong understanding of production processes within the retail industry. Proven experience in managing teams and improving operational efficiency. Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in manufacturing. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
