Events Assistant
to join our dynamic team. This role supports the coordination and execution of various corporate, branding, and promotional events. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and passionate about event logistics and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and coordinating event logistics from concept to completion Communicate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations Prepare event materials, setup, breakdown, and on-site support Monitor project timelines, budgets, and inventory Handle administrative tasks including contracts, invoicing, and reports Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and improve future events Qualifications
Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field 1-2 years of experience in event coordination or administrative support Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and perform under pressure Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Additional Information
