We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic
Events Assistant
to support the coordination and execution of our marketing and brand events. This role involves working closely with our Events Manager and creative team to help bring high-impact experiences to life for our clients. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Responsibilities Assist in the planning, setup, and breakdown of marketing events, brand activations, and corporate functions. Coordinate logistics including vendor communication, equipment rentals, and travel arrangements. Maintain detailed records of event timelines, budgets, and materials. Provide on-site support to ensure smooth event execution and troubleshoot issues as needed. Manage inventory of event supplies and promotional materials. Support internal communications and post-event reporting processes. Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Event Management is a plus. 1+ year of experience in event coordination, hospitality, marketing, or administrative support. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure. Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends based on event schedules. Additional Information
