Key Responsibilities Lead daily operations of Healthy Paws with a focus on efficiency, client satisfaction, and excellent patient care Mentor and support veterinarians, LVTs, and support staff-building a collaborative, high-performing culture Collaborate on budgeting, hiring, and clinic growth strategies alongside regional leadership Drive community outreach, client education, and employee engagement initiatives that reflect our mission What We're Looking For
DVM (or equivalent)
with leadership experience in a veterinary or healthcare setting A natural team builder and coach, with strong communication and interpersonal skills Operational know-how with an eye toward continuous improvement and innovation A passion for high-quality medicine and a commitment to community-centered care
