What You Will Do * Serve as a role model, consultant, change agent, and facilitator for our obstetrical nursing staff. * Assess learning needs and create engaging educational opportunities that bring out the best in our teams. * Use your creativity to design and implement job aids, clinical competencies, and interactive learning experiences that keep staff sharp and confident. * Support both new and experienced nurses as they grow their skills in high-stakes, high-reward environments. What We Are Looking For * Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor's degree preferred, Master's degree in nursing, education, or related field strongly preferred. * Five or more years of clinical nursing experience with at least three in Labor and Delivery. * Labor and Delivery experience required. Fetal Monitoring Instructor preferred. * Massachusetts RN license active. * BLS required, with BLS Instructor within 6 months of hire. * NRP required, with NRP Instructor within 6 months of hire.
