Serve as a role model, consultant, change agent, and facilitator for our obstetrical nursing staff. Assess learning needs and create engaging educational opportunities that bring out the best in our teams. Use your creativity to design and implement job aids, clinical competencies, and interactive learning experiences that keep staff sharp and confident. Support both new and experienced nurses as they grow their skills in high-stakes, high-reward environments. What We Are Looking For

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor’s degree preferred, Master’s degree in nursing, education, or related field strongly preferred. Five or more years of clinical nursing experience with at least three in Labor and Delivery. Labor and Delivery experience required. Fetal Monitoring Instructor preferred. Massachusetts RN license active. BLS required, with BLS Instructor within 6 months of hire. NRP required, with NRP Instructor within 6 months of hire. What Makes You a Great Fit?
