Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator Location: Pasadena, TX (with travel to Alvin, TX 2x/week) Pay: $35–$39/hour (based on experience) Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Position Overview
We are seeking a
Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator
to join our team in
Pasadena, TX . This role requires a detail-oriented, organized professional with strong SAP knowledge and a solid background in warehousing, shipping, and inventory control.
The ideal candidate must also be comfortable traveling to our
Alvin, TX
location at least
two days per week .
Key Responsibilities
Warehousing
Coordinate daily work priorities with the logistics department.
Receive materials in SAP, label, and scan to correct storage locations.
Schedule and coordinate material/catalyst pickups and drop-offs with the plant.
Escalate any scheduling issues as needed.
Inventory & Material Management
Collaborate across teams to track inventory and ensure compliance with SOPs.
Perform accurate cycle counts and API inventories.
Process goods receipts for site-produced shipments after inspections.
Manage scrap flow and 100 IndChem production returns.
Module Operations
Issue Transfer Orders (TOs) for material movement to module-building locations.
Process module control forms and manage SAP transactions.
Troubleshoot and resolve scanning/material issues in SAP.
Shipping & Quality
Audit shipping labels, documentation, and special packaging.
Conduct inspections of metal shells and modules prior to shipment.
Split pallets and maintain warehouse cleanliness and SAP accuracy.
Complete inspection reports per quality standards and project requirements.
Required Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
Experience:
Minimum
5 years
in warehousing.
Certifications:
Forklift Certification
Certified in Transportation of Hazardous Materials and Dangerous Goods
Safety & hazardous materials training
Skills & Competencies
Systems:
Proficient in
SAP , Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Mathematics:
Ability to create and manage Excel tracking sheets.
Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Interpersonal:
Strong relationship management and customer service skills.
Problem Solving:
Ability to troubleshoot, prioritize, and work under pressure.
Detail-Oriented:
High attention to accuracy and quality in all tasks.
Additional Details
Must be able and willing to
travel to Alvin, TX at least two times per week .
Must be capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities.
