Our client, a leading organization in building maintenance and facility support, is seeking a Facilities Technician to join their team. As a Facilities Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting daily operations and ensuring the safety and functionality of the facilities. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:
9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
What's the Job?
Monitor the facility to ensure safety, security, and proper maintenance
Troubleshoot power, HVAC systems, controls, and mechanical systems
Perform general and preventative maintenance, including carpentry and plumbing tasks
Replace lighting bulbs and ballasts as needed
Assist with moving office furniture, machinery, and equipment as requested
What's Needed?
High school diploma or GED required
0-2 years of relevant experience
Basic knowledge of machines, tools, and maintenance procedures
Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
