Job Overview:

We're looking for a reliable and organized

Dispatch Logistics Warehouse Admin Coordinator

to support daily warehouse operations and office tasks. This clerk role helps manage dispatch schedules, shipping paperwork, and inventory tracking, while also assisting with general administrative duties in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily dispatches and delivery schedules

Communicate with drivers and warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations

Prepare shipping documents and labels

Track inventory and reconcile records

Support office tasks like filing, data entry, and supply management

Assist with timesheets, onboarding paperwork, and basic HR support

Work directly with vendors and internal customers

Help maintain a clean and organized workspace

Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

1 year + Previous experience in logistics, dispatch, or warehouse clerk required

Strong attention to detail and time management

Good written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally; stand, walk, and perform physical tasks

Pay Details:

$21.16 to $22.00 per hour
