We are hiring a BSAS/SOAR Case Manager!

Position Summary:
The BSAS/SOAR Case Manager role involves assessing client needs, developing treatment goals, facilitating groups and youth programs, and connecting clients and families with resources to support long-term success. The BSAS/SOAR Case Manager also ensures accurate documentation, maintains confidentiality, and fosters strong relationships with community partners, schools, and families.
Key Responsibilities: To work as an early intervention specialist with clients who have been identified at risk for substance use disorders. To provide comprehensive care coordination of services for clients at assigned location. To assess their client's overall mental status To coordinate treatment goals. To connect clients and their families with the resources they need to successfully manage their conditions on their own and engage parents. To transport, as needed, clients to community events and services. To provide or refer clients to tutoring and homework assistance Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related field. Valid MA Driver's License Prefer 1-year experience working with Substance use populations Preferred:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required. What We Offer:

Salary Range: $19.25 - $25.25 Based on years of experience, level of education, specialty and licensure/certifications. Additional Compensation for advanced education for qualifying positions.
