Job Description

Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues. Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve product quality and reliability. Prepare and maintain documentation related to quality systems and audits. Perform regular inspections and testing of products and materials. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Train and mentor team members on quality practices and procedures. Communicate quality metrics and findings to stakeholders effectively. The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality Engineer should have:

A strong understanding of quality standards and regulatory requirements within the engineering and manufacturing industry. Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies, such as Six Sigma or ISO standards. Experience with quality control systems and process improvement techniques. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams. What's on Offer
