Registered Dental Assistant
to join our team. Our practice provides comprehensive care including preventive and restorative dentistry, implant placement, surgical procedures, and Invisalign. We are looking for a professional who combines strong clinical skills with exceptional patient service and has a commitment to delivering outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during all procedures, including restorative, surgical, and implant placement cases Take and process dental radiographs (state licensure required) Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for patient care Deliver outstanding customer service by supporting patients throughout their visits and ensuring comfort and trust Maintain compliance with infection control protocols and OSHA standards Assist with Invisalign and advanced cosmetic or surgical procedures as trained Capture high-quality clinical photography to support treatment planning and case documentation Qualifications
Must hold an active
Registered Dental Assistant license in Massachusetts X-ray certification required Implant placement assisting experience and advanced dental photography skills strongly preferred (required for higher pay tier) Strong communication and patient care skills Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused professional
