About the Opportunity:

A well-established general dental practice in Colchester, VT is seeking a reliable and patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our growing team. Our practice provides a full scope of dentistry, including preventive and restorative care, dental implants, surgical procedures, and Invisalign. We are looking for someone with strong chairside skills, a commitment to excellence in patient care, and a true connection to the Vermont community.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during all procedures, including restorative, surgical, and implant cases. Take and process dental radiographs (X-ray certification required). Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for patient care. Support patients throughout their visit by delivering exceptional customer service and building trust-based relationships. Maintain accurate records and adhere to infection control and OSHA standards. Assist with Invisalign and other advanced procedures as trained. Collaborate with the clinical and administrative team to ensure smooth daily operations. Qualifications:

Vermont X-ray certification required. Previous dental assisting experience preferred but not required for the right candidate. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on creating a welcoming patient experience. Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to supporting the team's success. Ties to the Vermont community strongly valued.
