Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and operationally minded Senior Social Media Program Manager to oversee and enhance our brand's presence across social media platforms. This individual will be adept at managing complex projects with multiple timelines, driving efficiency through clear frameworks, and fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams. The goal is to scale our social media efforts effectively while ensuring our content aligns with brand voice and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage the integrated brand social media calendar for optimal visibility and alignment. Lead cross-functional coordination to plan and execute brand-aligned social media programming. Develop and refine content review and approval workflows for efficient delivery at scale. Drive process improvements for better cross-team collaboration and reduced duplication. Build and maintain scalable systems for content planning, scheduling, and publishing globally.
Must-Have Skills:
Proven program or project management experience within digital or social marketing. Strong background in managing content or campaign production workflows. Ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders autonomously.
