JOB SUMMARY:
This role focuses on optimizing the customer journey for high-value clients in the financial services sector, driving growth through targeted marketing strategies and personalized communications. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain marketing materials, work closely with sales to enhance engagement, and execute direct mail campaigns. Responsibilities also include analyzing marketing campaign performance to guide strategic decisions and foster cross-functional collaboration for holistic market approaches.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Map and optimize the customer journey, focusing on high-value touchpoints. Drive personalization across marketing channels to enhance customer engagement. Develop compelling marketing materials and tools for effective sales enablement. Collaborate with the sales team, creating playbooks and scripts tailored to customer needs. Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Must Have Skills
Proficiency in CRM platforms, especially Salesforce. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Industry Experience:
Prior experience in B2B or SMB financial services marketing is essential for this role.
