Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead all preconstruction activities from project pursuit through handoff to operations. Collaborate closely with the VP to develop budgets, schedules, and project strategies. Manage design development, constructability reviews, and value engineering initiatives. Oversee subcontractor prequalification, bid solicitations, and scope reviews. Prepare detailed cost estimates, conceptual budgets, and presentations for stakeholders. Partner with project teams to ensure smooth transition from preconstruction to execution. Maintain strong relationships with clients, design partners, and trade contractors. Minimum of
5+ years of preconstruction experience
with a focus on
multifamily mid-rise construction
projects. Proven ability to manage budgets, estimates, and preconstruction schedules. Strong communication and leadership skills to work effectively with executives, clients, and project teams. Proficiency in construction estimating software and tools. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. What's on Offer
