ERP Administrator/Bookkeeper
Summary: Utilize Global Shop Solutions ERP including shipping, receiving, outsourcing, and accounting/bookkeeping and sending/ following up on invoices after product has shipped.
Responsibilities:
Efficiently process and enter new orders into Global Shop Solutions ERP software Prepare and manage shipping documents and quotations Maintain and balance daily time tickets Process checks for payroll Handle accounts payable and receivable duties, including processing invoices and following up on past due payments Answer phone calls and emails promptly, providing customer assistance as needed Supervise daily office operations and maintain office supplies Perform bank and account reconciliations Handle data entry tasks and utilize Microsoft Excel for various tasks
Qualifications:
Must have experience with Global Shop Solutions ERP software Proficiency in accounting/bookkeeping practices/procedures such as:
Accounts Payable (AP) + Accounts Receivable (AR) Account reconciliation Month-end close
Accurate data entry abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
