Coord - Integrated Marketing
to join our
Brand & Integrated Marketing Strategy
team based in our
New York, New York Headquarters.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the production and execution of all turnkey Integrated Marketing sponsorships for your designated Sales team and media agencies, including cross-platform sponsorship campaigns. Work closely with Integrated Marketing Managers on the development of all marketing materials and sponsorship ideas for designated media agencies and network priorities. Manage and maintain tracking documents for all team Sales pitches, packages, and sponsorship solutions (both proactive and in response to RFP's) to drive Sales revenue across all platforms. Collaborate cross-functionally on a daily basis with internal teams.
Support team with RFP response and the creation of custom pitch decks and ideas as needed. Assist with the development of campaign recaps, case studies and reels for the Sales team. Maintain working knowledge of the competitive landscape, keeping the team up to speed on industry trends, emerging platforms, and ad products to help inform pitches and client conversations. QUALIFICATIONS (Required & Preferred)
Bachelor's degree in related fields, such as Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field. 0-2 years' experience integrated marketing or sales experience at a media company, agency or brand with an emphasis on custom marketing solutions for Ad Sales partners. Expertise in PowerPoint, strong Microsoft Office skills, Airtable experience a plus. Exceptional writing, storytelling and communication skills, comfortable with presenting. Outstanding project management + coordination skills including organization, attention to detail, planning, multi-tasking and time management. Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced work environment. Flexible and solution-oriented in an environment of constant change.
