VP - Programming Finance
to join our
Global FP&A
team based in our New York, New York Headquarters.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the budget and forecasting process for programming amortization and free cash flow Have full P&L ownership of the Film Group (IFC Films, RLJE Films, Shudder Films), including film ultimate's Oversee the cash flow budget and forecast management for content spend Partner with operations to identify and manage risks and opportunities to the financial plan Communicate performance in presentations to senior management Provide financial transparency and unbiased partnership to operational leadership to help instill discipline and ensure business opportunities are pursued and executed efficiently and effectively Develop and maintain robust and integrated operational and long-term models and associated analytics Data analysis, including greenlight analysis, and data quality management Continually review finance processes and reporting to improve overall efficiency and accuracy of the finance function Manage and develop multiple direct reports Participate in ad hoc projects and financial analysis as needed QUALIFICATIONS (Required & Preferred)
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in Finance or related field 7-10 plus years of Finance experience Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis Strong work ethic and time management skills, can prioritize workload and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes Outstanding computer skills including extensive experience with Microsoft Office programs Must be a creative problem solver and a quick thinker Solid understanding of financial statements
The base compensation range for this position is
$200,000 to $240,000
commensurate with experience. AMC Networks additionally offers a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug Coverage, 401k Plan, Wellness Program, Life Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement, Paid Time Off, Paid Parental Leave and Adoption Services, among other benefit plan options, subject to eligibility requirements.
