The Impact You'll Make
As our Manufacturing Engineering Intern
, you'll play a key role in driving process and equipment improvement initiatives across our facility.
Your impact? You'll have the opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in a hands-on environment, supporting manufacturing engineers in achieving both site-level and company-wide objectives.
You'll work cross-functionally with teams throughout the facility and take ownership of improvement ideas and projects-helping us move toward a more efficient, productive, and future-ready operation.
What You'll Be Doing
Assist in the design and implementation of new tools, fixtures, shop aids, and equipment for manufacturing and warehouse operations.
Support manufacturing and warehouse teams by gathering employee feedback and helping implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with team members to audit, update, and develop procedures and work instructions.
Conduct data analysis to identify opportunities to enhance productivity, quality, and safety across operations.
Stay current on new equipment and technologies, sharing insights to help make our facility safer and more efficient.
What We're Looking For
A student currently pursuing a degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications or a strong willingness to learn.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Solid time and project management skills, with the ability to organize, prioritize, and execute tasks efficiently.
A proactive attitude and the confidence to respectfully challenge the status quo and drive improvements.
