About the Role
The Medical Assistant plays a vital role in patient care by supporting providers in delivering efficient, compassionate, and comprehensive services. From intake to follow-up, you'll ensure each patient receives the highest level of care and attention during their visit.
What You'll Do
Greet and prepare patients for exams and treatments
Collect vitals, perform clinical intake, and document accurately in real time
Assist providers during exams and minor procedures
Administer medications as ordered by the provider (if certified)
Perform administrative duties including insurance verification, copay collection, and scheduling
Ensure patient safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance (OSHA, AHMG policies)
Travel to nearby satellite offices, if required
Support the mission and values in every interaction
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
Graduate of a CAAHEP or ABHES-accredited Medical Assistant program
Current Medical Assistant certification from one of the following:
AAMA, AMCA, AMT, NAHP, NCCT, or NHA
Current CPR certification
Strong communication, multitasking, and EMR documentation skills
Ability to remain calm, professional, and efficient in a fast-paced clinical setting

Pay Details:
$17.00 to $27.00 per hour
