Certified Medical Assistant - OB/GYN

We're seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (MA) to join our growing OB/GYN practice in Wesley Chapel. This is a hands-on role where you'll be the physician's trusted partner, assisting with procedures, supporting patients throughout their visit, and ensuring efficient clinic flow.

If you thrive in a team-based environment, enjoy building relationships with patients, and want to grow within women's health, this could be the perfect fit. What You'll Do Greet, room, and prepare patients for OB/GYN visits and procedures

Take vitals, review patient history, and document accurately in the EMR system

Assist physicians with examinations, procedures, and follow-up care

Support medication administration, lab work, and specimen collection as needed

Answer and manage patient calls, providing professional communication and triage

Maintain OSHA compliance and follow all clinic safety and infection control policies

Collaborate with the physician and team to ensure smooth daily clinic operations What We're Looking For Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, CCMA, or equivalent)

Previous experience in OB/GYN, women's health, or specialty care strongly preferred

Strong clinical skills (rooming, vitals, procedures, patient intake, EMR)

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Comfort with answering patient calls and problem-solving on behalf of providers Benefits & Perks Competitive pay based on experience

Pay Details:

$17.00 to $27.00 per hour
