Present finance and insurance products clearly and professionally to every customer Structure deals for maximum profitability while maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulations Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders to secure competitive financing options Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and submitted in a timely manner Partner with the sales team to maximize product penetration, including warranties, service contracts, GAP, and protection plans Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish Qualifications:
Proven track record as an
Automotive Finance Manager, F&I Manager, or Sales Manager
in a franchised dealership Experience with
high-line/luxury brands
preferred but not required Knowledge of
leasing, special finance programs, and lender compliance requirements Ability to
maximize PVR (Per Vehicle Retail)
and
product penetration rates Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Valid driver's license & insurance with clean driving record Benefits:
