This role is located in our
Atlanta Support Center
with an in-office expectation 4 days a week.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as a strategic partner to assigned department leaders, providing guidance and support on a range of people-related initiatives including workforce planning, compensation strategy, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, talent development, leadership coaching, and general HR support Lead the end-to-end execution of key talent initiatives and programs-such as performance reviews, talent reviews, development planning, and other workforce processes-including planning, communication, training, execution, and follow-up Address complex employee relations issues with urgency, sound judgment, and a commitment to fairness and integrity Influence and advise leaders with professionalism, discretion, and a deep understanding of organizational dynamics and business needs Analyze people trends and cross-functional data to identify insights and provide actionable, strategic recommendations for continuous improvement EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
4-year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required 3+ years' HRBP experience 7+ years' of HR Generalist experience preferred REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES
