We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Program Specialist! In this role you will establish and build relationships in local and regional markets as you support Black Hills Energy - Natural Gas residential programs. You will focus on working primarily with residential customers and trade allies to identify opportunities for energy efficiency upgrades at their homes while helping them overcome common barriers. You will be responsible for conducting outreach, tracking projects, conducting site assessments, and facilitating other aspects of the program. Success is measured not only in terms of electric energy savings but by a customer's positive experience participating in the program. Successful candidates will reside in Northwest Arkansas. For this exciting career opportunity, you're a great fit if you can Conduct weatherization diagnostic testing (air leakage, duct leakage, attic inspection) in customer's homes Conduct trade ally post weatherization quality control inspections, along with trade ally training sessions throughout the year Manages program data and conducts analysis Program scope reporting and goal setting, client and account management interaction Train, review work quality, oversee timelines, address system functionality and drives process improvements Produces regular reports while ensuring compliance with terms of contract, relevance of content and professional presentation In this exciting career opportunity, you will have 2 years of experience or relevant industry certifications can replace work experience Preferred candidate will have commercial lighting, HVAC, or sales experience Associates degree preferred Are at least 21 years of age Valid driver's license Compensation Range $48,800.00 - $66,300.00 Currency USD Type Salary Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
