48-Hrs Pay Rate: $3312 weekly ($36.5/hr w2 + $54.75/hr OT + $1414/week stipend)

36-Hrs Pay Rate: $2602 weekly ($33/hr w2 + $1414/week stipend)

Position Summary: ER RN with Large hospital Level 1 Exp On-Call Requirements: None Weekend and Holiday Requirements: Greatest needs are Friday and Sunday night shifts. This is a large, high-acuity emergency care unit with 118 beds. Patient population is highly diverse, ranging from behavioral health and boarding patients to critically ill/ICU-level patients. Nurses must be comfortable managing complex and unstable patients. Unit Size/Beds: 118 Expected Ratios: Typically 1:5 to 1:6 Cases Seen:Mixed acuity: behavioral health, boarding patients, emergency/trauma, and critically ill/ICU-level care. Additional Details: Nurses must demonstrate strong critical care skills, adaptability, and comfort in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Triage incoming patients based on level of injury or illness Immediately stabilize incoming patients Administer medication as instructed by physicians Start intravenous lines, and set broken bones Perform tracheotomies and intubations Give patients stitches and sutures Create and maintain incoming patient records Work with team of emergency staff to help patients Help transfer stable patients to other wings Required Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of ED or ICU experience BLS, ALCS, TNCC MA State RN License Application Process: Please submit your resume to or Call Qualified candidates will be contacted promptly for next steps About MedCadre
