Job Description
This contractor role supports the Jacksonville Training Center (Nelson Building) in operating and maintaining a bioskills lab used for ENT surgeon training and R&D/VOC sessions. The role is hands-on with cadaver tissue, equipment setup, and lab operations. Candidates will assist with lab readiness, safety compliance, specimen and instrument management, and support onsite courses and select offsite events. A background as a nurse, scrub tech, or medical education specialist is highly relevant.

Years' Experience Required:
Minimum 2 years supporting cadaveric labs, OR environments, or medical education programs.
Does this person need to be on site? Yes. Primarily weekdays, but evenings and weekends will be required based on lab schedule. Hours vary by course/event (typically within 7 AM-6 PM, plus occasional off-hour support).

Obtains information needed to prepare inhouse training programs; prepares training materials, including cadaveric training programs; determines methodology; and coordinates the development of training aids. Ensures training program(s) meets company and customer objectives. Maintains communication with customers to ensure effectiveness of training. May utilize trainers with technical expertise. Must be comfortable working with cadaveric tissue in a bioskills lab environment
