Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Planner / Scheduler to join their team. As a Maintenance Planner / Scheduler, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting operational excellence and equipment reliability. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Maintenance Planner / Scheduler
Location: Maxville, FL
What's the Job?
Coordinate preventive, routine, repair, and emergency maintenance activities across the plant
Plan and prepare maintenance work orders for scheduled and emergency tasks
Manage resources including labor, tools, and parts to ensure efficient job execution
Develop weekly and outage work scopes for maintenance personnel
Create, schedule, and close out preventive maintenance tasks within the CMMS
What's Needed?
Associate degree in a technical field preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance planning/scheduling in an industrial or manufacturing setting
Hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
Strong computer skills and excellent attention to detail
