Description Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in inpatient and outpatient formats and develop customized treatment strategies Implement interventions that focus on improving mobility, enhancing strength, and restoring overall function Work closely with a dedicated team, including nurses, physicians, and case managers, to ensure optimal patient outcomes Guide patients and their families through therapeutic goals, discharge plans, and home exercise regimens Keep accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments provided, and progress achieved following facility and regulatory protocols Engage in collaborative care meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions to maintain continuity of care Education

Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent qualification from an accredited educational institution Certifications

Valid state licensure as a

Physical Therapist CPR certification is preferred Additional specialized certifications (such as geriatric or neurological) are advantageous, but not mandatory Skills

Previous experience in a clinical setting is highly preferred Proficient in managing patients with complex mobility and medical challenges Excellent communication skills and a passion for teamwork Familiarity with digital charting and clinical documentation platforms Benefits
