Hiring for Assemblers for a State of the Art Facility
Shifts: 1st and 3rd
Pay: 18 or 19 depending on shift
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Assembler to join our fast-paced production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling front-end loader and smaller tractor equipment in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This position offers the opportunity to work in a climate-controlled facility with potential for growth within the company.
Responsibilities
Position parts according to knowledge of the unit being assembled or utilize a blueprint.
Assemble and fasten parts together using bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or other fasteners with hand tools, power tools, or air tools.
Remove small quantities of metal to ensure close fits between parts.
Operate machines to perform force fitting or fastening operations as specified.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, performing basic housekeeping duties throughout the shift.
Be open to taking on additional roles and responsibilities as requested by supervisors or managers outside typical assembly duties.
Essential Skills
1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably assembly.
Mechanical aptitude with experience working with hand tools and power tools.
Blueprint reading experience.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work orders.
Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment
The work environment is climate-controlled and maintained in a very clean condition. The typical shift is from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, with potential for a three-day weekend if work is not required on Fridays.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Statesville, North Carolina.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
