Were looking for a

Compliance Specialist

who is both a compliance pro and a solutions-focused partner to our team. Youll make sure Miami Ad School meets and exceeds all regulatory, licensing, and accreditation requirements, at the state, federal and accrediting level, while recognizing that compliance exists to help us achieve our bigger mission: delivering incredible outcomes for our students. If your approach is yes, heres how, youll fit right in. What Youll Do Oversee all compliance functions for Miami Ad Schools U.S. campuses, including federal, state, and accrediting body requirements (DOE, COE, CIE, BPSS, etc.). Prepare and submit reporting as required by regulatory agencies. Manage accreditation cycles, renewals, and visits with a proactive, strategic approach. Partner with campus leadership to design processes that meet regulations and enhance the student experience. Partner with campus leadership to implement changes and/or updates to programs and the institution. Conduct internal audits (student records, faculty files, safety, grievance processes) and ensure timely corrective actions. Maintain all compliance-related policies, manuals, and safety documentation. Keep campuses inspection-ready at all times. Stay ahead of regulatory changes and guide leadership on potential impacts and opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with regulatory agencies and accrediting bodies.

What Were Looking For

Solid knowledge of higher education compliance, accreditation, and licensing (COE experience a plus). Proven success managing compliance for a school or campus. A business-minded approach and an understanding of the balance between regulation and operational excellence. Strong project management and communication skills. A collaborative problem-solver who works well across teams.
