Process Improvement Analyst
This is a hybrid position. Must live a commutable distance to Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia area. ***This position requires an active Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance to be considered. *** Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to build and complete accurate documentation reflecting organizational processes. Develop process documentation through workflows, procedural, policy, or other formats. Schedule and facilitate meetings to understand new processes and investigate potential enhancements for existing processes for greater efficiency. Develop of change management plans to improve day-to-day operations, growth, or new solutions. Assist leadership with oversight of initiatives key to new processes or program enhancements to ensure all activities are completed on time and meet objectives. Coordinate and have oversight of user acceptance testing for projects. Research elements related to various ongoing projects. Qualifications: Master's Degree in relevant field required. Minimum 7 years' experience within a government agency. Must be able to obtain and maintain the required government security checks (Public Trust clearance). U.S. citizenship required. Strong abilities in both business writing and documenting processes and practices; can verbally communicate to effectively translate systems requirements and business analyses. Demonstrated excellence in time and project management skills. Strong problem solving, organization, and analysis skills.
