Job Description
Develop, implement, and maintain the company's quality system to meet certification and customer requirements. Document and communicate quality control instructions and requirements to production teams. Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards. Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and enhance product reliability. Support new product introductions and ensure quality standards are integrated into manufacturing processes. The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related technical field. Several years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in precision manufacturing or high-reliability industries. Strong knowledge of quality systems, standards, and certification processes (ISO, AS9100, or similar). Experience with root cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions, and continuous improvement methodologies. Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with production, engineering, and customers. What's on Offer
