EHS Manager
We are hiring an
EHS Manager
to lead safety and environmental programs at an Iowa manufacturing site. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with deep knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and state (TCEQ) regulations, and strong experience in
PSM-regulated environments . ** NO SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE
Location: Burlington, Iowa
Requirements BS in Engineering, or Safety 6-10 years EHS experience in manufacturing (chemical/liquid processing preferred) Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, TCEQ, and PSM regulations PSM certification and relevant safety certification (CSP, CIH, or equivalent) Strong leadership, communication, and regulatory experience Responsibilities
Lead all plant EHS compliance and training programs Manage air, water, waste, and hazardous materials reporting Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and state regulations Oversee PSM programs and lead process safety improvements Conduct audits, investigations, and risk assessments Drive a culture of safety through coaching and training
