What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Evaluate current business processes and technology to identify improvement opportunities and develop actionable strategies Lead the management of process performance, monitoring key performance indicators and informing stakeholders of deficiencies and improvements Utilize data and analytics to provide insights into customer and business process performance Collaborate with Operations and Product teams to define and prioritize requirements, features, and specifications Guide process re-engineering and technology implementation to enable innovative workflow redesign What is Required (Qualifications)
8+ years of experience in business process optimization, business analysis, consulting, or process engineering Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field Management experience in P&C insurance claims, with expertise in material damage, casualty, or commercial auto claims preferred Experience in the Insurance or InsurTech industries, preferably within claims Demonstrated competence in innovation methodologies and effective communication skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
