Unless specifically stated otherwise, this role is "On-Site" at the location detailed in the job post.Description The Maintenance Coordinator key focus areas will be in continuous improvement, reviewing work for completeness, validating maintenance priorities, clarity and accuracy of information.

Duties include but are not limited to: Role model all safe work practices, standards/processes, and on-the-job behavior by promoting and exhibiting our safety culture and supporting our Company Vision and People Principles Complete PM order revisions weekly Generate, print, distribute, pick up and enter all PM's weekly in SAP Enter completed work orders into SAP daily Update and create PM's and job plans as needed for new equipment/ modifications Track all past due maintenance work Manage maintenance schedules and calendars Assist with staffing activities Report weekly and monthly metrics Report metrics numbers, and downtime events for Mid-South Lumber scorecard Maintain required monthly safety data for maintenance, electrical, utility, and mobile teams Update monthly interventions scorecard data Track planner data/labor trades utilization Run End-of-Day report for verification Maintain records for weekly manager meetings Support site projects/activates Support reliability systems & SMP's (RCS reporting, setup training for teams) Support planning department with kitting work Track maintenance radios and uniform agreements Update maintenance JSA's, and SOP's Manage SEED's items for maintenance Track TPC testing for maintenance associates Track mid-term, end-of-year reviews for maintenance Track, schedule, and maintain training records for the maintenance department

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 4 years of administrative work experience OR and equivalent combination of education/work experience documented with attached resume Ability to work and communicate with sensitive confidential information Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) experience, like SAP Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office proficiency) Strong communication skills (verbal and written) What We Offer:

Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $42,345-$63,588 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 5% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.
